# Batching, Repeat, and Launch

> Split an RCS campaign into batches, set up recurring sends, and schedule or launch execution.

The final sections of the campaign creation form control how and when messages
go out: **Batching**, **Repeat Campaign**, and **Schedule**.

## Batching

Batching controls how messages are sent to recipients — either all at once or
in smaller, scheduled groups (batches). Click **Batching** in the campaign
form to expand it.

The Batching Configuration panel shows:

| Section | Description |
| - | - |
| **Total Recipients** | The total number of recipients who will receive the messages (e.g., 19,999). |
| **Method** | Three batching methods: All, Split, and Manual. |
| **Batches Preview** | A table of batch numbers and sizes for the chosen method. |

Select any one method and enter the details:

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="All">
    Sends the message to all recipients in a single batch. Best suited for
    smaller campaigns or when all recipients should receive the message
    simultaneously.

    * By default, the **All** option is selected.
    * The system automatically creates one batch containing all recipients.

    Example: 19,999 recipients → Batch 1: 19,999 recipients.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Split">
    Automatically divides the total recipients into multiple smaller batches
    (maximum 10). Helps distribute large campaigns over intervals to avoid
    message congestion.

    1. Select the **Split** option.
    2. Enter the **Number of Batches** (e.g., 3).
    3. Set the **Interval Between Batches** (e.g., `00:30:00`).
    4. The system displays a preview of batches with the recipient count and
       schedule time.

    Example: Batch 1 – 6,667 (2:15 PM), Batch 2 – 6,666 (2:45 PM),
    Batch 3 – 6,666 (3:15 PM).
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Manual">
    Allows manual configuration of batch size and schedule time. Useful for
    controlling how and when each batch is sent.

    1. Select the **Manual** option.
    2. Enter the **Batch Size** (e.g., 19,999).
    3. Set the **Schedule Time** manually for each batch.
    4. Click **+** to add more batches (if required).

    Example: Batch 1 – 19,999 recipients scheduled for Nov 7, 2025, 02:18 PM.
  </Tab>
</Tabs>
