# WhatsApp Campaign Quickstart

> Sign in to the OneXtel portal, read the dashboard, and navigate to the WhatsApp campaigns module.

The WhatsApp Campaign module on the OneXtel portal lets you send approved message templates, images, and documents through the verified WhatsApp Business API. Campaigns support personalisation, scheduling, segmentation, batching, and analytics so you can target specific audiences and track delivery and engagement.

This quickstart covers signing in, understanding the main dashboard, and reaching the campaigns dashboard. To build and launch a campaign end to end, continue with [Create a WhatsApp campaign](/guides/whatsapp/campaign-create).

## The main dashboard

The Dashboard gives a quick overview of activities and performance within the platform. It tracks credits, message delivery statistics, and campaign progress in real time.

After logging in, the Main Dashboard displays:

| Section | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Credits Balance** | Total available credits, at the top right. |
| **Summary Overview** | Weekly and monthly reports for Submitted, Delivered, Failed, and Awaited messages. |
| **Today's Delivered Percent** | Percentage of messages delivered for the day. |
| **Quick Stats** | Number of messages submitted today, this week, and this month. |
| **Scheduled SMS** | Upcoming scheduled sends. |

The left navigation pane includes Dashboard, Campaign, User Management, Credits, Channels, Reports, API Key, Phonebook, Notification, and related modules.

## Open the campaigns dashboard

    Select the **WhatsApp** channel.

    Click **Campaigns**. The campaigns dashboard appears, listing all campaigns created for the WhatsApp and RCS channels.
