# SMS Plugins (Archived)

> Archived: legacy Aura SMS connector for MoEngage; other connectors were listed but not documented in detail.

The legacy nav listed SMS plugin/connector pages for MoEngage, WebEngage, LeadSquared,
CleverTap, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and a Shopify SMS plugin. Only the MoEngage page returned
substantive content when fetched; it is documented below as representative of how these
marketing-platform connectors integrate with the Aura send-SMS API. See `GAPS` for the
other connector pages.

## MoEngage SMS connector

### Prerequisites

* An active Aura account with API keys.
* Entity ID and Sender IDs configured in Aura.
* DND scrubbing disabled when creating the API key.
* DLT-approved templates uploaded via bulk upload.

### Setup

  <Step title="Open sender configuration">
    In MoEngage, go to **Settings → Channel → SMS → Sender Configuration**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a sender">
    Click **Add Sender**, then choose **Add custom service provider**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Optional: set as default">
    Toggle **Mark as default** if this sender should be the default for SMS sends.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name the provider and sender">
    Enter the service provider name and sender name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose sender type">
    Select **Promotional** or **Transactional**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter API URLs">
    Provide the Aura API URL (GET or POST, below) with the required parameters mapped to
    MoEngage fields.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test and save">
    Send a test SMS using a mobile number and an approved template, then save the
    configuration. Configure delivery tracking separately.
  </Step>

### API endpoints used

* GET: `https://api.onex-aura.com/api/sms`
* POST: `https://api.onex-aura.com/api/jsms`
