Archived documentation, retained for existing integrations. This documents a separate legacy API surface hosted on 365cx.io, distinct from the current OneXtel WhatsApp API. For current WhatsApp APIs, see the API Reference. See Archived APIs overview for context.

Overview

This legacy platform provided WhatsApp messaging integration via 365cx.io. An authentication token generated via the login API remained valid for one hour, with validity extending as long as it continued to be used. The legacy nav also listed connector pages for CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, and Shopify WhatsApp plugins; those pages were not retrieved with substantive content — see GAPS.
