The WhatsApp API creates templates, submits them to Meta for approval, sends messages against the approved ones, and reports delivery back. Every call is a JSON request over HTTPS, authenticated with your OneXtel API key. Start by copying your API key from the portal. Templates have to be approved before a campaign can use them, so create those first — the endpoints below cover both halves.

Base URL

Authentication

All requests require a valid API key in the header:

Endpoints at a glance

Delivery receipts and inbound messages are pushed to your configured endpoint — see Delivery Notification and the Callback Events overview.
