The final sections of the campaign builder control delivery timing: Batching decides how recipients are grouped, Repeat Campaign sets recurring sends, and Schedule decides when the campaign starts. This page follows on from variable mapping.

Batching

Click Batching. Batching controls how messages are sent to recipients — either all at once or in smaller, scheduled groups (batches). The Batching Configuration panel shows the Total Recipients count (for example, 19,999) and a Batches Preview table that updates as you configure. Three batching methods are available:
Sends the message to all recipients in a single batch. Best suited for smaller campaigns or when all recipients should receive the message simultaneously.
  • All is selected by default.
  • The system automatically creates one batch containing all recipients.
Example: 19,999 recipients → Batch 1: 19,999 recipients.

Repeat Campaign

Click Repeat Campaign, then select the Enable Repeat checkbox. Repeat campaigns let you schedule recurring campaigns without recreating them each time, ensuring messages are sent consistently based on the selected frequency and duration.
Immediate Execution does not allow Repeat Campaigns. Use Scheduled Execution when repeats are enabled.
Choose a Frequency and configure it as per the campaign requirements: Use the Ends dropdown to stop the repeat on a given date, or leave it as Never. Review the Schedule Summary before proceeding.

Schedule

Scheduled Execution

Sets a specific date, time, and time zone for the campaign to start automatically — ideal for planned or time-sensitive campaigns.

4

The Schedule Summary displays both local (IST) and UTC formats along with the selected time zone for confirmation.
5

Launch

Click Launch.

Launch controls

At the bottom of the Schedule section, three buttons are available:
  • Test — visible alongside the launch controls for trial sends.
  • Draft — saves the campaign without sending; it appears on the campaigns dashboard with the Draft status.
  • Launch — starts the campaign per the selected execution type.
The source manual documents the Launch action explicitly; the Test and Draft buttons appear in the UI but are not described further in the manual.
After launch, track the campaign from the campaigns dashboard, where its status moves through Created to Completed.
